The Board
Every person on this page is a parent volunteer. They run twelve sports between them, meet monthly, and publish what they decide.

Commissioners
Your first call for anything about a specific sport — schedules, teams, uniforms, fees.
Room for you
Every seat is filled at the moment, which is a good problem to have. Board members rotate off as their children finish eighth grade, so there is always a seat coming open — and always more to do than the people to do it.
Meeting minutes
What the board discussed and decided, published after each meeting. If something in here raises a question, ask — that is rather the point of publishing them.
2026
The treasurer’s financial reports are not posted here, but they are available to any SMAA family on request — ask the Treasurer.
Where the money goes and who decides
Registration fees
Fees cover officials, league entry, uniforms, equipment and field upkeep. Each sport keeps its own account; larger purchases are voted on at a board meeting and appear in the minutes.
Decisions
Motions are made, seconded and voted at the monthly meeting, and a quorum is needed. If no quorum turns up, nothing is decided — which is why attendance matters.
Nobody is paid
Every board member, commissioner and coach is a volunteer parent. The association is part of St. Matthew parish and plays in the Diocese of Columbus CYO league.
Conduct
Behavior at our events is governed by the association’s code of conduct and discipline policy, which every family acknowledges each season.
Ask us anything
Sport-specific questions go fastest to the commissioner. Anything about the association itself — finances, policy, facilities — goes to the officers.
